Fulfilment is handled by the seller
This information site does not take orders, dispatch products, or set shipping charges. The following summarises the seller’s published shipping policy. Confirm the details for the actual order before paying.
Processing
The seller lists 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, extending to 4 during busy periods. Weekend and US federal-holiday orders begin processing on the following business day.
Delivery estimates
Published US standard delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch via USPS, with tracking and free standard shipping. International delivery is estimated at 5–10 business days after dispatch. Transit times are estimates; weather, carriers, and customs may cause delays.
Tracking and address changes
The seller sends tracking by email; activation can take 24–48 hours. Check address details before ordering and report errors promptly. Corrections may no longer be possible after processing.
Lost or damaged parcels
Contact seller support with the order number and, for damage, photographs. Resolution depends on the circumstances. Review the refund policy and retain order correspondence.
